Who is Ikon?

IKON Group is a leading company in the administration, design, and implementation of cost-effective solutions in the Benefit Programs arena for active and retired employees. IKON Group is the managing company of IKON Benefits Group, IKON Financial, IKON Benefit Services and IKON Communications. IKON started its business in 1998.

At the onset, all efforts were driven towards the establishment of a solid benefits brokerage platform creating a new business services model with capabilities to support benefit administration through communication project implementation. One of the key initiatives is the development in 2000, of the unique Benefit Service Center. This center provides a full outsourcing service in the health and welfare benefits administration, including COBRA compliance services. On August 2004, IKON Group of campanies became whoily owned by NFP. In April 2005, a new division of the Service Center was Introduced, IKON Disability Services.
